“ We traveled from Windsor for a holiday by the beach and we came to the softplay for my daughter’s 4th Birthday and again at the end of our trip. Amazing softplay. Great views. Friendly staff. Autism friendly is a massive plus! ”

“ I went there with my 2 children 11 and 7 and for the price it was worth it. My daughter (11) said it was just too hot in the area for her there didn't seem to be any air con and it was a hot day and the doors weren't open. The food was really lovely, it is a bit pricey but if you've got it then I'd definitely recommend eating there. The hot drinks are as expected in a play area. I think the 1 thing I was most disappointed in was the arcade under the play centre. Most of the things either weren't working or were broken and it was looking a bit sorry for itself. For example the VR that's 3 a go wasn't working on the left 1. My daughter had to face backwards and the straps on the headsets were extremely used and couldn't tighten so they were falling off. Over all it was something nice to do and got us out but I wouldn't be going out my way to go to the arcade. ”
“ We passed by here and thought we'd have a little look inside (not from around here, came for a Haven holiday) saw they had a soft play so we took our 17 month old. Spent a good 2 hours here she loved it, staff were nice and friendly, nice clean play area and seating area. Think we were lucky as weren't busy at all! Lovely views as well. Would definitely visit again if we was in the area. ”

“ Brought my Guides to Bowl and we had a brilliant time. The staff could not have done more for us and we're so accommodating.. Really ASD friendly and not phased in the slightest by anything we asked for. It was a great environment for the young people. I cant give more stars for food as we didn't eat but certainly would consider bringing them for food. ”
“ Went at the end of March so quiet (which I prefer). Was a great veggie lunch of Halloumi sweet chilli sandwich and fries plus a cheeky half of Sandfords. Prompt and friendly service with the prices on point. ”
“ Awesome restaurant with huge play area and bowling. Great for customers with allergies. The play area is really big, with lots of apparatus for children to burn off all their energy. It's clean and well run, but it is a maximum two hour stay at busy times. Drinks and snacks are available and there is a separate bar if you need a bit of peace and quiet. The restaurant is a great reason to visit the Ocean complex. The food is excellent, as is the friendly service and nice selection of alcoholic drinks. It is also dog friendly and even has its own dog menu. Our daughter has a severe peanut allergy and the manager Justin went out of his way to have a conversation with us about the menu. He then checked the products and spoke with the kitchen staff to make them aware. He even remembered us visiting the previous year. Superb. This kind of service is few and far between, most restaurants don't care. Would definitely recommend and with prices that won't break the bank we will be using again. ”
